House rules

• At the time of booking, an advance payment of 30 percent of the total amount of the stay is required, to be paid by bank transfer or other agreed payment method. This deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.
• Guests are informed that registration, upon arrival, is mandatory, therefore it will be the responsibility of the check-in staff to request a valid identity document in order to carry out the procedures required by the PS offices.
• The balance of the room must be paid upon check-in.
• We inform our Guests that smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
• The management of the B&B is not responsible for any items lost inside the structure.
• The B&B is not authorized to receive payments by credit card or debit card and, for security reasons, it does not accept checks but only bank transfers or cash. The B&B does not have a VAT number, therefore it cannot issue an invoice but only a receipt.
• Breakfast can be consumed on site or in the affiliated bars and consists of an Italian breakfast based on coffee or cappuccino (or similar) and a brioche of your choice from those available at the moment.
• Check-in: from 3pm to 6pm
• Check-out: on the days of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10am, under penalty of payment of the penalty decided by the Management.
• The management is available to guests to deal with any request or need.

Main conditions

The room rates are ALL INCLUSIVE and no additional costs will be applied except for extras requested by the Guest. The Standard conditions include:

• Supply of bed linen and towels;
• Italian breakfast based on coffee or cappuccino (or similar) and brioche;
• At check-out the premises will be inspected and in case of damage or theft of objects, a charge will be made aimed at restoring the initial conditions and any damage suffered.

Extra benefits are considered, for example:

• The cot supplement, provided only if the Guest requests it;
• Presence of small pets, upon prior agreement, for which the payment of a final contribution of €50 is required for the particular cleaning of the premises and a €300 deposit to be paid together with the booking deposit;
• Additional cot, for which the rates indicated in the table are applied;
• Additional linen change on request, in addition to the midweek ones, €30;
• By prior arrangement, accompaniment to and from the airport or train station.

The Management is not liable for any disservices due to breakdowns or total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, air conditioning or internet connection not dependent on its will. It will be our priority to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
Confirmation of the booking presupposes acceptance of the B&B regulation.
