The “Verde” room is an elegant and quiet two-room apartment.

It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with mezzanine and a large private bathroom with shower with thermostatic mixer.

The kitchen (without burners) has a star vault with exposed carparo tuff and is equipped with sink, crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge, table, chairs.

Each apartment has an independent and separate entrance and a private table even outside. Possibility to use the kitchen-laundry room and the private parking inside the structure.
